~SALE~VERY OLD ANTIQUE LEADED STAINED GLASS WINDOW UK Start Price USD 40.00 Current Price USD 40.00 Time Left - Bid Count 1 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Thursday, August 21, 2008 End Time Thursday, August 28, 2008 Location Bedford, TX See more about '~SALE~VERY OLD ANTIQUE LEADED STAINED GLASS WINDOW UK' Description OLD ANTIQUE STAINED GLASS WINDOWWhat a gorgeous old antique stained glass window up for auction!  It was removed from a cottage in England and I can safely say it dates pre 1900 and it was most likely made closer to the early 1800's.  So it has survived many years and I am so thrilled to have it & enjoy for a little while and then pass it on down to you.  It is a remarkable example of workmanship and displays great textures and brilliant color.Description:The window measures approximately 26 1/4" by 17 1/2" by 2" and it weighs approximately 12 lbs.  The brilliant colors are golden amber, teal and red.  Some original hardware is still attached.  There are some cracks in one section in the middle and there is very slight bowing.  All the leading is very good.  There is a tiny part on the inside top, maybe a half inch where the lead came has come a little loose, but is still there.  It does not affect the integrity of the window and the glass fits nice and tight in the frame.  The paint is a chippy antique white.  Shipping:Estimated box size will be approx. 30x5x21 and the shipping weight will be between 15 & 16 lbs.  Your window will be insured and packed with TLC.
