It features the original instructions which are affixed to the inside accessory oak compartment door. were the accesories are stored  in top lid that has latched compartment. this is some type of shock therapy item.  This unit used three dry cell batteries (not included), likely dates back to the  1800s and  seems to have all the devices  that were used with this.  It appears to be complete and are certain that during the period it was guaranteed to cure whatever ailed you whether you add it to your quack collection and/or restore it back to service. In the wonderful looking fitted oak case  10 and half wide  9   in. high seven and three quarters inches deep  Any questions, please ask.
