Description
This auction is for an 1860's antique barn in Tinmoth, Vermont. This structure is ideal for spare aged wood to reapir your existing barns or for a complete restoration. This barn was first built to house and build horse carridges and was then converted into a dairy barn. It now being used for storage. There are two floors, 3 doors, vent on the roof, staircase, and second floor cargo access. The foundation is sinking, but the structure is in good condition. The barn is 60 feet x 36 feet. The wood is believed to be hemlock. This is for local pickup only The buyer is responsible for tearing down and taking away the structure. Proof of liability insurance will be need before teardown begins. There is alot of room for any size truck and crew to operate in and the barn is located right buy the road for easy access.
