The Singer Co. purchased the Standard Co.  After the purchase, Singer then started their own line.  After their treadle machine, came the featherweight.  The Patent on the plate is 2/5/1884, 7/6/1886, 1/18/1887.  The Serial #  is 156619.  There a many attachments and the original owners manual.  There is a treadle belt.  Still has the original small case for the needles.  Amazing how beautiful this is.  There are two containers of attachments. Before this is shipped, I will oil, adjust, etc. so when you received it, you can sew if you wish.
