King, Springfield, Mass.   The is a great old cloth bound book and in very good condition.  The bind is a little loose, the first 4 pages are detached, but easily reglued.  The other pages are all in tact with no tears, writing, or missing pages.  It does have considerable age appropriate discoloration.  In the back is a log of prescriptions with blanks for writing perscriptions.  It contains 642 pages.
