It is the Nichols Nasal Syphon. This seems to be complete. The hose would attach to a fountain or reservoir on the wall. A powder would be added to the water, which of course was sold by the syphon company. Complete directions are in the how to booklet along with advertisements for the powders. There is a prescription pad for use by doctors. The box measures 9 by 7 1/4 inches. The date of 1926 is at the bottom of the box. There are some smudges on the top of the litho as shown in the photos. The rubber hose is rock hard and brittle. If you collect these items, here is a great addition.
