It is the classic style with parrots and flowers hand painted, this pottery olla is all hand coiled and fired and on the bottom there is some faint writing that looks like a date of 1908 or 1918 it is very hard to see. I believe this pot dates to around 1900-1920s era and there are no chips or cracks anywere I can find. The rim is in perfect shape and this is a rather thick walled olla with the bottom being in-dented or I should say concaved inwards as most of the old ollas were. This is a 3 color or polychrome pot with a red orange slip on top and bottom on a cream background with black. I am always happy to combine shipping up to 5 days of end of auction.
