There is one small chip on the top edge of glass. The Sterling top is in excellent conditiion This William III Sugar Caster is beautifully crafted by a great British silversmith family. The mark of Edw.Barnard,E. Barnard Jr., John Barnard and Wm. Barnard is found on the top with other English marks. The date is 1834.
