Made in France by famous Naudet-Pertuis-Hulot-Baromètres for American market.  Measures about 4 3/4" (120mm) in diameter and about 2” deep. Brass shows some oxidation.  Established in 1860 in Paris Naudet & Cie. company after the death of the proprietor in 1891 was transferred to his widow Poirelle et Dourde, who changed the name to Naudet-Dourde and under this name the company is still in business today.  Bottom picture shows original page from 1891 NPHB catalog and picture next to it shows contemporary version of the same model, which sells for 249.00 Euro.
