BECK.Ltd LONDON 30460Jug handle design. The scrolling limb forms an excellent carrying handle.Rack and pinion coarse focus and micrometer knob fine focus.Lenses include two cased original Beck objectives: 2/3" 16mm and 1/6" 4mm and one Watson 1/12" oil immersion utility, all with signed canisters.Two eye pieces, x8 and x5 both original, x8 has two small shell chips to the outside edge as shown in the last photo, optically still works well.The substage condenser is a variable iris diaphragm.All original and in excellent condition throughout.All brass microscope with good original lacquer and bronzed surfaces.Light wear to the stage from contact with the glass slides and clips.Plain mirror has very slight discoloration around the edge, concave mirror is perfect.Height of microscope when closed  10, 1/2".Microscope extends to possible 16" in use.Good working order and fully functional.The mahogany box is in good condition with no splits, working lock and key, some light scratches and staining from use.Height of mahogany box 13".Weighs 5.9 Kilos.
