The size is about 8"Lx6"Wx4"HIt weights about 375 grams or ~ 13 ozThere are all the appropriate markings of the time - EK   attributed to a famous silversmith Erik August Kollin, and assayer ASh in Cyrillic, along with the number 84 (Russian silver mark), and finally the mark of the city of Moscow. Please visit  http://www.silvercollection.it/russiansilverhallmark.html   for more information on Russian silver hallmarks.  If needed, I can provide more picturesIt was in my family since the 1890. My great great grandfather brought it from Moscow (Russia) to Tbilisi (Georgia, Country).  We used this basket during the Christmas Holidays. it has a couple of scratches inside and one small ding, that I believe can be repaired. This is a time for it to find a new owner that will love and cherish it as we did in out family. Please look carefully at the pictures and ask me questions before placing your bid. Thanks for looking.
