The treadle cabinet is not included. When I checked the serial number on the Singer site, it showed that it was manufactured in 1913  (#G3.283.946).  The machine itself is a little rusty and the paint is faded or missing in spots, but you can definitely still see Singer on it.  The machine is in need of a good cleaning and oiling. When you turn the wheel on the machine, the needle (included) moves up and down but it hangs up a little. There are two screws included which I'm not sure what they're for but were taped to the machine. The bobbin holder needs some TLC, but the rest of the machine is pretty good.  The plate over the bobbin area is missing as shown in the pictures.
