This piece is decorated in pink lustre glaze and although not marked it was almost certainly made in Sunderland/Newcastle in the North East of England ca. 1820/30's. Measuring just under 5-1/4" high (13,3 cm). Condition is fine with just one small chip along the top edge (see close-up picture). Apart from that it is perfect: no other chips, no cracks and no repairs. There is slight wear from age and use but that is realy not detracting. The pink lustre decoration is in superb condition and shows minimal wear. There is slight crazing of the glaze (no discoloration). Please let me know if you have any questions. Please excuse any glares (white patches) that you may see in the pictures, these are caused by reflections of light on the glaze and are not on the actual object itself.
