Working condition unknown, but all 3 coils in armature, and bottom coil all show continuity, so should work fine with a ‘tune-up’. Base is 1-5/8" X 2-1/2", and stands 3" tall, and has a 1/2" pulley wheel on shaft. Please note that one 'terminal' bolt and pair of red fiber washers were installed by me, as original ones were missing.
