Gibbs, Licenced under patent July 14, 1870, april 16, 1861, Willcox & Carlton June 27, 1871, July 14, 1871, Chas. H. Willcox Patented May 31, 1862, MCH 22, 1864 and October 8, 1861.  There is also a french and belgian patent July 4, 1871.  The paint is in great condition, the nickle plating does have some slight poxing as you can see in the photo of the patent information.
