SPARKLING CUT/FACETED/POLISHED CRYSTAL STOPPER. STOPPER APPEARS TO BE ORIGINAL BECAUSE IT IS A PERFECT FIT. DECANTER OBVIOUSLY HAND-BLOWN WITH OCCASIONAL BUBBLES IN THE POLISHED GLASS. SIX-SIDED NECK OF DECANTER ENDS IN ROUNDED SCALLOP SHAPE ON TOP BOWL OF DECANTER. ART-DECO STYLE ETCHED BAND APPROX 1.5" WIDE ENCIRCLES DECANTER. STAR BURST CUT CENTER ON BOTTOM OF DECANTER. PROBABLY EARLY 1900'S  -  POSSIBLY LATE 1800'S Check out my other items! DIMENSIONS / MEASUREMENTS:    9" Tall Without Stopper.  11" Tall With Stopper Bowl of Decanter 18" Circumfrence Substantial.  Glass in neck of stopper is approx. .25" thick. CONDITION: SLIGHTLY IMPERFECT, BUT VERY NICE VINTAGE CONDITION AS FOLLOWS: DECANTER: One chip + a sliver chip + a couple of minor fleabite nicks on the top lip.  All but one can be polished out by an experienced glass person. See pictures.  Otherwise very, very nice. I washed before photographing.  Our city's hard water left a few dots inside.  Not permanent.  Just needs a little attention from the new owner.  Won't show when decanter is filled. STOPPER:   Bottom chipped at an angle.  Minor fleabites around the rim.  Faceted top excellent.   Still very nice. Fits perfectly into decanter.
