Description
ARABIC MANUSCRIPT ALSHAFI FI ATTASRIF 1044 AH: What you see is a very important Arabic Rhetoric manuscript. This leaf with two pages is part of an essential linguistic and grammar reference book titled "Alshafi Fi Attasrif" by Abdullah Bin Muhammad Alhusseini Alkufi; and was written in Kuffa (Iraq) in 1044 AH (1634 AD). The text is clear and the script was written with the fantastic Arabic Calligraphy with the side and foot commentary notes. Foxing is evident, some worming as well. The trivial damage all over the borders of the leaf is not affecting the text, neither the notes. It measures 8.5" x 6.5". You get exactly what you see on the scans. Please read very well Before Bidding: I am ready to answer any question; and I try to describe as much as I can, and show many necessary pictures of the items I list. I am ready and happy to refund back the whole amount paid (minus S/H) in case the item was not as I had described and if returned in 2 weeks and unchanged or damaged. PayPal is the preferred method for payment. Payment must be sent within 5 days after the auction closure and received within 2 weeks. Please contact me before for other ways if you like. Buyers who want to send Payment with Money orders or Cashier Checks must add 5$ to the total amount as collection fee. All Checks payments must be via Registered Letter and Traceable. Mail to and from Lebanon is safe and reliable; but I can guarantee secure delivery only by a traceable registered mail which usually needs 2-3 weeks for Europe and Americas. I combine shipping. Happy bidding and I wish you a good luck. Please look at my List & Store; I have many interesting antiquarian books.
