The clock was recently cleaned by a professional and is in perfect working condition.  The decorative brass around the porcelain face is that of roses, daisys and lillies.  The porcelain face is in great condition with no blemishes. It is also marked Ligirard a' Lugon. This is usually the name of the maker and the origin of France. The pendulum is most unique.  This French Morbier has an automation pendulum.  As the pendulum swings from side to side, the round section which is that of sweet doves, also moves.  It rotates less than a quarter of a turn, then back a quarter turn.  It truly makes the clock. The clock is weight driven.  The 8-day movement strikes the hour and half hours, also strikes the hour 2 minutes after each hour.  Has its original cast iron weights, long brass pendulum and original winding key.    Measures:  20-3/4"L X 8-1/2"W X 90"H;  19-1/2" (across the round middle) SHIPPING The shipping rate of $350.00 is for a CURBSIDE delivery.
