Description
For sale, Antique Hensoldt Tami Microscope in excellent condition. Hensoldt of Wetzlar, Germany first introduced the Tami microscope in 1920. The Tami is a rugged instrument designed for field work. The serial number 5617 is engraved in the cover. The microscope when collapsed is 4 inches tall; its height with both tubes extended is 7 1/2 inches (approx). The sturdy brass cover is heavy, so the total weight is over 1.4 pounds (includes box and Slides). This item comes with 6 new glass slides and a small box about ¼ full of crystal cover-glasses. The Hensoldt Tami microscopes are very rare and sell for $325.00 and up in used condition. They are constructed using Germany’s finest craftsmanship. You can feel the quality when you hold one of these in your hand. This is an estate item. Please look at the pictures. Also, please check out my other vintage and neat auctions. Thanks for looking. All Items Are Sold As Is /No Returns/No Refunds. I package items to prevent damage, however I cannot control the postal handlers and they can be rough on some packages. I recommend purchasing insurance however it is optional. Shipping and Handling is calculated based on your location. Paypal Payment is due within 2 days of end of auction. Thanks for looking!
