Description: This is a great unusual antique Karastan Panel Kerman rug from the early 1980's in excellent condition. The rug has full pile  and complete sides and ends. It has been professionally refringed by hand with 100% cotton fringe. This rug was custom made at the Karastan factory for a customer as seen by the original purple Karastan tag which says it is pattern #780 and states the exact size. The rug is NOT cut despite it not having borders. It was made at the factory in this way with bound sides and complete ends. The Panel Kerman pattern is #780 which matches #717 almost exactly with the same colors but slightly different designs. The difference is almost unnoticeable. This is a great rare runner in a very long size in excellent condition. Please look at the picture of the original Karastan factory tag to see that this rug is not reduced or pieced. Colors: Magentas, blues, golds, blues, greens.
