It is in excellent condition. KPM or RPM is incised into the back and it also says what looks like "Children W by Apter Murilllo". I do not know the origin of this as I purchased it at an estate sale, I am hoping you experts will recognize them. I have another one for sale (I believe they were a pair) so please check my other auctions. It measures 11 1/2" wide by 14" tall. The frame and painting is all one piece.
