Antique Trundle Couch/Bed Start Price USD 500.00 Current Price USD 500.00 Time Left - Bid Count 0 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Wednesday, September 03, 2008 End Time Saturday, September 13, 2008 Location Visalia, CA See more about 'Antique Trundle Couch/Bed' Description Antique Trundle Couch/Bed        This is an antique trundle bed that has been sealed in and used as a couch.  It was purchased already sealed about 10 years ago.  The finish is original and there are only a few small dings.  It has been very well taken care of during my ownership of the piece.  It's a very cool piece and it looks great from any angle.     I have no idea where or when it was made.  I've never been able to find anything like it, so I don't know if it could have any historical value. The spindles are completely intact and there are still castors on the part that should roll out to make the trundle.  The cushions are stuffed with down and the bolsters with stuffing.  The upholstery was new when I bought it and is still in very good condition.  No tears or stains.  I've never had the time or inclination to open it up, so I have no idea as to the condition of the springs inside.  It may even have a mattress rolled up in there, but I doubt it.    It's measurements are: 74 3/4" long x 23 1/4" deep x 30 1/2" tall at back, and 13 1/2" tall at the front.  The frame is solid and weighs close to, if not over 100 lbs.  I have no way of shipping or transporting this piece so the buyer is responsible for pickup and/or shipping costs and those costs are not reflected in the selling price.  If you have any info or questions about the piece, feel free to send me an email.  I do not want it back, so, please, if you have any questions or reservations about the piece, contact me before bidding.    More pictures are available through this link: http://s515.photobucket.com/albums/t354/spought/Antique%20Couch/ Place a Bid!
