It is in Great Condition, do breaks to the glass or other damage. The Window Frame shows ware and patina, but after all it is original and this is expected. It can be stripped and finished/painted to suit your tastes easy enough. With the current trend to move the indoor out, this window along with the others like it could easily lend itself to some unique designs and styles.
