It is made from yellow silk, with gold thread. Decorated with a tree of life type design, sprouting at one end and flowering at the other. It is 9'9" long and 22" wide. I don't know which Country its from. I've been told the yellow silk and gold suggests Chinese Imperial. If you know where this item is from, please let me know. Excellent condition as shown. Only flaws are a small stain near the edge shown in the last picture, and two places where the edge gold decoration has become detatched (I'm sure it would be simple to reattach it) - both areas are pictured. I've attached lots of pictures of every inch, both sides, so you can see exactly what you are bidding on - pictures were taken outdoors, in sunlight, with the item placed on two large towels. I don't know when it was made - I assume it is from the 1700's or 1800's. The item in the pictures is the item you are bidding on.
