White marble ornate with fine gilt bronze ornaments. Gilt bronze Stature of goddess and Cupid makes this a much desired item. The enamelled dial with Roman & Arabic numerals. Very nice original gild pierced hands. Dial is signed as shown. In the front of the dial is an original glass door. The French movement is in good working condition with 8 days going work and striking on the bronze bell at 1/1 and ½ hours. The movement is stamped: ChLesMT. Serial number 29041. All in very good condition!
