XIXth century' Description Antique carved ivory Candle screen.   The carving on the screen is really well executed, it depicts a woman with a basket of flowers and some villagers, am assuming she must be a saint as she is wearing a cross and seems to be worshiped by the people before her, but I have no clue of who she may be. It is in great condition, The screen has no hairline cracks or broken parts. There are some hairlines to the big ball on the stand, one more to the cylinder above the ball, and some really small ones on the legs, all of this due to aging, no broken ore repaired pieces. it's also missing the key that tightens the screen to the stand.   The Screen Measures 9" x 4" The total height with the stand is 15.8"   If you have any questions or need additional photographs dont hesitate to ask.   SHIPPING: Please contact me before bidding for shipping costs.
