They are all metal except one which is celluloid. The biggest button is 1 1/4 inches across which helps determine the size of the rest. There is a castle, roses, other flowers, birds, an explorer, pears, cattails, two castles and two military buttons. I took a close-up of the military buttons because I have no idea what they are.
