Quarter sawn, finger jointed oak case that is 8-1/2" tall x 5-1/2" wide x 5-1/4" deep. Turn the crank which turns the chain which drives something down lower between what looks like red magnets. The magnets are stamped with a "C" over a "W" or visa versa. There are 2 bells near the top and a wrench hanging inside. Everything turns freely and nicely, no slop, and everything looks near new. I don't see anything missing but buyer should decide if it is 100% complete.
