Junghans aircraft panel clock J Unghans HMS Alexandra vintage military 1875 Princess Wales Own pins or badges Start Price USD 200.00 Current Price USD 332.98 Time Left - Bid Count 5 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Tuesday, September 30, 2008 End Time Tuesday, October 07, 2008 Location Springfield, Missouri See more about 'Junghans aircraft panel clock J Unghans HMS Alexandra ' Description This is a vintage museum quality clock that came from a private collection here in Missouri.   Please check my 100% positive feedback before you bid.  I was told this clock is a 1930's German Junghans Aircraft panel clock.  It was used in WWII in the Luftwaffe aircraft.  I was told this is one of the earlier models because it has the brass rotatable bezel with an exposed pointer.  I wound the clock and it started running great!  The badges or pins on the side are from the HMS Alexandra from the Victorian Royal Navy.  It was launched in 1875,  and sailed until 1908.  The two badges that are mounted beside the clock read....... 1875 ALEXANDRA   THE YORKSHIRE REGT     PRINCESS WALESS OWN.      The dial that winds the clock reads UNGHAMS,  those letters make a half circle around the letter J,   all the letters are inside a star.   There are some very minor scratches,  but everything displays great.   This piece is from a very nice collection of old military clocks.
