The quality of the wool is very good and they have used natural dyes for dying. These type of carpets are very much in demand nowand are highly sough after. Chobi rugs are traditionally from the border region of Pakistan and Afghanistan. They use hand spun wool with natural dyes for making of these type of carpets. They usually gather the flowers, roots, vegetables and shells from dried fruits for dying their wool. It is a very hard work but the result is fantastic, the wool which is dyed this way has a very special luster. This carpet is a perfect companion for rooms with either antique or modern furnishing and decor.
