This piece belonged to one of my late grandmother's late husbands....(She had 4 or 5...LOL!) He had several pieces of designer Italian lighting that I sent to a major auction house. I decided to offer this piece to a felow Ebayer. This piece is not signed, but at any-rate it is still PARAMOUNT! My guess...circa 1960's/1970's. I had the electrical cord replaced several years ago...NO ELECTRICAL ISSUES! The lamp head adjusts the entire lenght of the chrome pole...the lamp head also is adjustable...see photos. A TRUE FIND for the serious Mid-Century collector. This piece is in NEAR PERFECT condition...NORMAL WEAR! NO BREAKS...This piece is HEAVY...The pole is as straight as an arrow! Uses a REGULAR BASE BULB...60 watt max. I used this piece to highlight one of my Calder paintings...GALLERY LOOK!...I also paired this piece with a vintage Eames chair...it looked like a magazine lay-out! This will be one of those piece that you will use for YEARS to come! In my opinion, floor lamps are one of the MOST OVER-LOOKED pieces of lighting...I love a floor lamp!
