Size is 20.3 cm x 40 cm and have all 18 person's registration. This registration book is detailed document in which was registered 1930’s detailed entry, exit and visa permission of foreign specialists who visited to Mongolia or people who went abroad. Mostly, it was registered specialists who visited to Mongolia /mostly from Russia / and it is very interesting material which registered their family and their profession, purpose of entry to Mongolia in detail. The form of registration is printed in three languages such as old Mongolian script, krill /Russian/ and Chinese. But form was filled out using old Mongolian script or krill letters. All of these registration has original photo and date stamp.  For example: there is application of person who would go to Ulan-Ude on its first page. The person is Buryat who born in 1908 and origin is People, is not member of Party, joined the army of Red Soldiers, has driver license, hadn’t never convicted, his purpose is to go abroad for 15 days.
