It pains me to let this piece go, but financial troubles force its sale.  This sculpture is stunning, and pictures don't do it justice. It is 48" long by 12" tall. Base is 3/4" solid walnut. Metal boats are raised 1" off of base. Very nice condition. Nice patina. No damage. I do not know the title. It has two Peter Pepper Products labels on the back, both in good condition. I believe it to have been produced sometime during the 1960's. I have made efforts to research this artwork and have come up with very little.
