This beautiful terracotta head is of hollow form, with molded smiling facial features and elaborate headdress.  This is a magnificent work of art and exhibits the classic features of Veracruz smiling faces.  It is very good original condition, except for a crack along the right side extending across the top.  This is not visible frontally, but can be seen in the picture from the right side.  There appears to be a little restoration of the crack across the top.
