The instrument was then imported by B.J NY, a violin distributer during the 1920's. This violin looks and sounds gorgeous. It is made with Tiger maple on the back and sides while the top is made of spruce. There is slight cosmetic damage to the top of the body beside the left F hole but otherwise the instrument looks fantastic. In addition the violin comes with a beautiful Tourte bow.
