These items are all from an old JACKSON Tennessee pharmacy, and were found stored in the attic, where they sat untouched for MANY years. A wonderful set of 2 old 1800's LUG (label under glass) drugstore bottles with stoppers. Glass label is damaged on one bottle, and replaced with a paper label on the other. This auction is for both bottles pictured. Measures 10.5" and 9" tall, including the stopper. These are being sold just as found. Neither of these has been cleaned or polished, hence the residue inside. Both display beautifully, and are in excellent condition. Stoppers fit tightly into necks, for a watertight seal. Bottles have no nicks, bruises, chips, cracks, or repairs. larger stopper has a small flake to one side, that is very hard to see. Otherwise, both stoppers have no chips, nicks, cracks, or repairs.
