Oak with Ivory Utensils!  A Professional Appraiser evaluated this and placed its value from $3,500 - $5,000 and even More!! Can go a Lifetime and Never See another one of this Quality, Condition and with the Accessories and Provenance of this one! It is English as Verified by the Metric Measuring on the Rulers, made in the late 1800s based upon the Fact that it is Oak, which was used during a Depression Era in Europe.  All the Hardware is Original.  This Piece is a Complete Traveling Office and was used by Attorney Albert Delaney as evidenced by his writing in the Original Bound Writing Notebook Included.  I believe this could have even been Custom made for Him as the Hardware on the Drawers appears to be Clover Leaf.  Inside there is a Filing System, Accessories including Pencil and Page Turner, Ruler, etc., 1 Large Bound Writing Notebook with a Portable Dictionary and 2 Small Bound Notepads. There is a Pencil/Pen trough with 2 Inkwells, Leather Covered Writing Slope, Extra Compartment under the Slope and a White Slate Like Writing Surface.  This Piece Measures Approximately 17 inches Wide x 12 inches Tall x 9.5 inches Deep.  Gorgeous, Nickel Plated Escutcheon Handle on Each Side and Locking Top.  The Key is Missing but I believe a Copy could be made very Inexpensively.  Also, a Few of the Filing Dividers are Loose and would need to be Glued back in Place.  Otherwise this is in Remarkable Condition and a Real INVESTMENT Piece!  Check out my Store and all my Listings for a Fabulous Shopping Experience!  Another Master Peace Awaits!
