An Antique Violin ~ Label on inside says the following: Fabricatori d' Istrumentr Musica Andreas Borelli fecit Parma Anno 1850 Please Note!! The 18 in the year is typed and the 50 is pencil written!! I know this was owned and played by my great~great grandfather in the symphony! The case is black with purple casing and has some sticky in one spot, which I covered to protect the violin. The outside of case has no handle, but by the lock, it says "M&W CO." Has some extra goodies that comes with it,too. The violin is in GOOD condition, while the bow is in fair condition. It has normal knicks and wear. The most wear is on the front around edges. There is a reserve, but very reasonable. This is a great addition to a collection!!
