They are thick and heavy yet delicate. They have a beautiful pattern they are a bit dusty. They have an awesome feel in the palm of my hand. I don't know about the make or the pattern, but they came from the estate of a very old woman who was an avid antique collector. She had 100s of thousands of dollars worth of antiques and glass.
