E. Olds and Son (Los Angeles) B flat Recording cornet serial number 108354 which makes the date of manufacture 1954.  This cornet is in very good original condition. The finish is raw brass and nickel. Compression is excellent and it has that sweet buttery sound that these horns are known for. This model don’t present itself on eBay very often and one in this condition is highly unusual so the reserve has been set to a value to reflect that. Don’t miss this opportunity. It comes with the original tweed clamshell case and an original Olds 12 mouthpiece and original Olds lyre. All slides pull and the squeeze trigger mechanism for the 3rd valve slide works perfectly.
