Beautiful piece .. Heavy metal possibly brass with nice wooden handles...all intact. one handle has a small crack, but it is still very solid... wooden sleeve is almost 3 inches tall  and 2 inch diameter red painted collars on the handles...red paint is chipped....with a 1/2 inch diameter hole....
