Description
This is a NO Reserve Auction for a 1939 Singer Featherweight 221 sewing machine, serial # AF371956. This machine is fully operational and in great condition. It includes it Original Case, Original 56-page Owners Manual Instruction Booklet, Spare Singer Sewing Machine Needles, Electric Foot Pedal with power cord, a Singer Buttonholer, bobbin case, and additional bobbins, hemmers and misc. other attachments - please see photo. Also included are two "Sewing Made Easy" books that will transform even a beginner into a master seamstress. We will also include a box of vintage buttons. The Original Case is in good condition and includes top accessory tray. This machine is in very good condition and shows very little wear on the black finish and the gold lettering and decals are in great condition. The motor is responsive and strong. According to my research this machine was produced on or about December 5, 1939. I have seen Singer 221 sewing machines of this era bring upwards of $2400.00, but I am selling this machine to the public in a NO RESERVE EBAY AUCTION.
