Wilkinson & Co.? See pg.434 for the crossed key touchmark and pg.303 for similar style c.1810 decanter labels in the book: HISTORY OF OLD SHEFFIELD PLATE by Bradbury.The box link chain appears to be sterling silver and overall the label & chain are in fine condition.
