Description
JAPANESE TEA HOUSE ........ Solid timber beams , Cathedral style roof .Black enamelled finish . Fitted inside with TATAMI flooring . ( two pieces measuring a total of six foot by six foot ) Measures approximately eight feet square . Distance to top of pinnacle of roof is 12 feet . This a very good quality professional construction using solid timber . It is not a structure that has not been constructed cheaply or with cheap modern plastic or powder coated thin metals . Easily shipped anywhere in the world . Assembly instructions available if required . A very beautiful and high quality Tea House of a size not requiring planning approval due to its size and the way it simply sits straight on the ground . ALL beams and roof pieces screw together ............simply line up the holes! Assembly tools required are a wrench and screwdriver . Please note ; This a painted and completed parts version ( meaning it comes with the ,TATAMI as pictured , , , TOP WINDOW lining MATERIALS , RIDGE CAPPING, cane corner panels, ; It includes the small Kotatsu low table for serving tea also . Please be advised there are a number of items that still need to be purchased in order to complete the tea house . These materials are all very inexpensive materials . It is not cost-effective to ship these things worldwide as they can be heavy and bulky. It does not make sense to have to charge purchase plus delivery for something that is widely available like timber flooring strips etc ................ Please inquire if you need more information . ( We recommend covering the roof with cement board ; but because of transport costs ; it is not economical to send this material on a transporter as it is heavy .( why pay transport for something you can buy locally at very modest rates ! ) It is available at any hardware shop for around $30 per sheet . )......................any other material like shingles,shakes or lapped boards make an inexpensive and beautiful roof for this tea house also ).................
